Operational Environment Reports
The Operating Environment Scan (OES) is a vital part of Melbourne Water’s strategic and business planning process. Fluid designed a layout for the report that optimised the information hierarchy, utilising a landscape format. Emphasising trends, key issues, and narrative explanations, with a separate sections on water sector implications. Fluid’s iterative approach to the OES report, from 2018 to 2022, led to substantial cost savings over four years.
Signage System Design
Fluid designed a signage design system to create greater flexibility in addressing diverse topics such as heritage, education, or commemoration. Fluid created a comprehensive 90-page brand standards guideline documented all aspects. Additionally, the new sign system facilitated co-branding and partnering. The result is a modern, efficient, and fresher sign system, making implementation easier and more effective.
