When starting staffing its new office in the Philippines, BHP needed Fluid to build a recruitment campaign to overcome low brand awareness amongst young graduates and elevate BHP as an elite career destination. We discovered two underutilised strengths: the role of technology within BHP, and the company’s global presence. Bringing these together we positioned BHP as a company where the audience can make real impact for the world and their future.

Building an Inclusive Community

When BHP’s LGBTQ+ advocacy group approached Fluid to develop a new brand identity, the aim was to ensure it could be embraced by the entire group. Fluid developed a complete look and feel, animations, and merchandise – all within the corporate guideline. Jasper goes from strength to strength as the group continues to gain awareness and support across the organisation.

LinkedIn Learning Program

Embedding Continuous Learning ​

We were approached to develop a campaign promoting LinkedIn Learning and lifting staff engagement rates. We positioned the online learning content resource as convenient and personalised with the campaign ‘Brain Snacks’, and used illustration to make it far more fun and playful than traditional BHP communications to achieve the cut-through we needed.
