Since 2015, HigherRanking provided a range of digital marketing services. The company had seen considerable growth thanks partly to developing a unique automated LinkedIn prospecting platform. HigherRanking approached Fluid to create a brand that would capitalise on that growth and cross-sell other services such as display advertising, SEO and website design.
Following an in-depth brand strategy process that involved market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights, the team had a much better understanding of their unique strengths and understood that the new-look brand had to provide a sense of scale, sophistication, and seriousness generally lacking in category competitors.
To highlight one of the great strengths of the brand – access to human account managers for every customer – Fluid developed a new set of distinctive brand assets, including photography styling, illustration, copy, UX assets and website design, all designed to reinforce their brand essence.
Launched in 2024, the new brand received positive reviews from staff and stakeholders, with senior leadership eagerly anticipating the exciting opportunities it will bring for the future.
