Monde Nissin engaged Fluid to introduce a dynamic, trend-driven product within the Black Swan ‘Favourites’ range by launching a new seasonal-edition Green Goddess dip. This dip capitalised on the widespread popularity of the Green Goddess Salad trend, which had gained significant traction on social media platforms. Black Swan’s Green Goddess dip offered consumers a simple entry point to the trend with a versatile, multi-functional use as a dip, salad dressing or flavourful addition to wraps, sandwiches, and other meals.

By aligning with the on-trend Green Goddess flavour profile, Black Swan positioned itself as a brand at the forefront of food innovation, staying responsive to emerging consumer preferences. The dip served as the first in a series of rotating flavours designed to meet the demand for fresh, exciting products in the dip category. This initiative aimed to go beyond traditional dipping occasions and explore new avenues like mealtime enhancements to broaden the brand’s appeal.

In addition to satisfying a growing consumer desire for healthier, on-trend food options, the new limited-edition dip’s goal was to foster increased engagement and excitement within the category. By tapping into social media-driven trends, Black Swan ensured its relevance in the rapidly evolving food landscape.
