Account Management

Develop a deeper understanding of your audiences’ perspectives through a combination of qualitative and quantitative research Fluid Branding’s team determines the metrics – such as brand recognition, pricing sensitivity, and brand perceptions – that will determine your brand’s success. Then to align stakeholders, Fluid Branding conducts workshops with various exercises aimed at leveraging stakeholder insights to inform the research, allowing for input on brand architecture, audience personas, and brand positioning that will be used to create a final, thorough creative brief that serves as a roadmap for creative development.

Fluid Branding’s creative team will create visual territory boards to interpret the creative brief, guiding the visual direction of the brand identity design. Depending on the project sketches, mockups or renders are created, conceptualising new visual language options that can be applied to relevant marketing tactics and touchpoints, reflecting the brand positioning and engaging target audiences. This crucial phase allows for the creative team to apply to brand assets or touch points such as annual reports, signage, packaging, UI kits, websites, retail environments, infographics, and PowerPoint presentations. During this phase, designers align the visual language to the correct technical details for each application, checking measurements, creating brand and product photography, and planning the roll out of final artwork implementation.
